Alisha is the founder and driving force behind Sweet Magnolia Social. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has built a company rooted in excellence, deep industry relationships, and a passion for bringing people together.

Her journey began as a single mom searching for a career that would allow her to pursue her passion while being present for her son. She found her calling in the events industry, gaining experience in catering, venue management, and full-service planning. Over the years, she refined her expertise, expanded into the corporate and luxury markets, and developed a deep love for venue management and development. This evolution led to the creation of Sweet Magnolia Social, a company dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and unforgettable experiences.

Beyond her work, Alisha is a wife, a mother, and a lover of ranch life. She always dreamed of owning a ranch, and marrying a cowboy helped make that dream a reality. Together, they manage their beloved beer burros, livestock, and balance business with the beauty of country living. Alisha also recently embraced homeschooling and homesteading, fully immersing herself in the life she always dreamed of.

Her greatest joy is building meaningful relationships with her clients, watching their families grow over the years, and ensuring every event she touches is filled with warmth, hospitality, and impeccable execution.
